The Diagnostic Dilemma of a Large Infected Cyst in Anterior Maxilla- A Case Report

Among all the odontogenic origin cyst, radicular cyst is commonest. It generally associated withnonvital tooth which have necrotizing pulp as it an inflammatory cyst. Radicular usually occurs inthe periapical region of tooth. As a true consists pathologic cavity lined by epitheliumand commonly filled with fluid. Treatment option for depends on size, location andduration lesion includes endodontic treatment, enucleation lesion, extraction theoffending and marsupialization. In this case report, we are describing infected cystin anterior maxillary region.
